The Design Process

 

Several stages require completing before local authority submissions can be made

 

Stage 1

• Initial site inspection

• Discuss project brief and feasibility

• Quotation of all fees involved for particular project

 

Stage 2

• Site dimensional and photographic survey

 

Stage 3

• Feasibility sketch design approval by client

 

Stage 4

• Final design approval by client

• Obtain client cheques for:-

  • local authority submission fees

  • Plans 4 building fee

 

Stage 5

• Recorded submission of documents and fees by Plans 4 building to local authority

 

Stage 6

• Local authority decision confirmed

 

Note

• Stages 1 - 5 will take approximately 2 - 3 weeks

• Stages 5 - 6 will take approximately 8 weeks
