Plans 4 Building  offers design services for a fixed lump sum fee.  Once we have assessed the various implications associated with your individual proposed project we can provide a full quotation.

Within any quotation we will assess the following:-

• Proposed scheme

  • Type

  • size

  • complexity

• Requirement for other consultants (e.g. structural engineer or quantity surveyor)

• Copy of existing building survey (professional only)

• Ordnance survey map requirement

• Stages of our service required

  • Concept design process

  • Planning submission

  • Building control submission

  • Builder selection process

In choosing our services you will benefit from the following:-

• Low fixed fee from outset after initial consultation

  • Main reception   8am - 6pm   Monday - Friday

  • Your appointed consultant   8am - 8pm   Monday - Sunday

• Meetings and Survey times to suit you (evenings and weekends if required at no extra cost)
